What is SWRI?

The Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration Institute (SWR Institute) is an international trade association that represents the commercial sealant, waterproofing and restoration construction industry. Sun Precast Company is proud to be the only cast stone and architectural precast producing member. We specialize in very detailed historical restorations and are honored to work with some of the best masons and restoration companies in the industry, who are also members of SWRI.
