Estimating Dept.
Our team handles hundreds of estimates each year for a multitude of different projects. We take our time with each one to ensure all pieces are taken into account and all questions are addressed for our customers during this phase. Transparency is key in this process, and you can expect our team to give clear costs and expectations for your project moving forward.
Drafting Team
With a combined 50+ years of experience drafting for SUN Precast, this team is bright, experienced and able to handle your most complex of projects! We can provide full project layouts as well as piece details.
In-House Quality Control
Each project produced in our facility undergoes rigorous testing for strength and absorption rates to ensure that quality product is delivered to your jobsite.
Production Team
Production of your project is a multi-step process. First, our skilled carpenters build the molds for each of the different pieces in your project. The molds are then set-up and poured using the mix you have chosen. Once cured, each piece is removed from the mold and sent to finishing where the team achieves your desired finish/texture on each piece. Finally, the pieces are carefully packaged or stacked on skids for shipment by our yard team.
