This project is a new construction college campus building with cast stone base panels, watertable, sills, middle cornice, pilaster / window mullion panels and roof coping.
The cast stone mix design selected for this project is a very warm sandstone color, which provides the building with a unique appearance, and much different than the typical red brick with light cast stone most often seen.
The cast stone mix design selected for this project is a very warm sandstone-type color, which provides the building with a unique appearance, and much different than the typical red brick with light cast stone seen throughout the construction industry. For this particular project cast stone served as an economical alternative to natural stone without sacrificing detail, visual appeal, or durability.
The modern design is simple, tasteful and understated.
The front entry and strong base brings it all together.
The cast stone is well done and consistent throughout the building.
